Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Free Standard Shipping then takes 5–8 business days (about 6–11 business days total), and Expedited Shipping takes 3–5 business days (about 4–8 business days total). All times are business days and are estimates, not guarantees.

We currently ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First check your tracking and with your local carrier. If it's significantly delayed or missing, email info@asheryork.com and we'll help track it down.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@asheryork.com with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
What are your pieces made of?
Depending on the design, our jewelry uses gold-tone and silver-tone finishes and natural stones. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and store them dry — ideally in a pouch or box.
