Shipping Policy
This policy explains how and when your AsherYork order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
At checkout you can choose:
- Free Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days transit after dispatch (about 6–11 business days total from order to doorstep).
- Expedited Shipping — 3–5 business days transit after dispatch (about 4–8 business days total from order to doorstep).
All windows are business days (Monday–Friday) and are estimates, not guarantees; occasional carrier or seasonal delays can occur.
Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside our shipping area, contact info@asheryork.com before ordering.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your order and destination.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delays
While we work to dispatch on time, we can't control delays once a parcel is with the carrier (weather, customs, high-volume periods). If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us at info@asheryork.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
