1. What kind of products do you sell?

At Asher York, we offer a curated selection of high-quality men’s and women’s apparel. Our collection includes timeless staples and bold statement pieces that are made to elevate your everyday wardrobe.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Sweden only, and we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after shipping.
Your full delivery window is usually 5–10 business days from the time you place your order.


4. What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped using our standard Free Shipping method — safe, efficient, and always free.


5. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed after 18:00 (CET) will be processed the following business day.


6. Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Once your order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately. For that reason, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they’re placed.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g. size changes, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

8. How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process it.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.


9. How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.
You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


10. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your original item within 30 days and place a new order for the one you want.


11. Is my payment information secure?

Yes — absolutely.
All payments on AsherYork.com are securely processed through trusted payment gateways, and your information is protected using encryption technology.


12. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
